Shipping Details

All products are carefully packed and shipped via Australia Post.

We generally dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receiving your order unless alternative arrangements have been made. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist.

My Item Doesn't Look Exactly Like the Picture?

Many of our products are handmade or created from natural materials, meaning each piece has its own unique characteristics. While the item you receive will be very similar to the product pictured, no two pieces are exactly alike.

In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased has sold out, we will contact you before substituting it with a similar item or arranging an alternative solution.
